Terms and Conditions

• Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice of cancellation, if this is not received, you do not arrive or change your mind. Then we may charge for one night's accommodation. For special events and public holidays we require 72 hours notice for cancellations (with some special events/holidays the cancellation period may extend). For group bookings (2 or more suites booked), a cancellation period will be advised upon booking confirmation/agreement in place - a deposit may be required.
  
  
• Credit card numbers are required to confirm all bookings. Minimum night stay’s will apply at certain times of the year.
  
  
• Check in time is from 2pm and Check out time is 10am. Office hours : 7:30am to 9pm Mon-Fri, Sat-Sun and Public Holidays 8am-9pm.
  
  
• Strictly NO ANIMALS on the premises at all times.
  
  
• All suites are STRICTLY NON SMOKING. Any smoking in the suites will incur a minimum fee of $150.
  
  
• Any damages to the property/facilities will be charged for. Noise levels are to be kept to a minimum after 9:30pm, so not to disturb other guests.
  
  
• All accounts to be settled in full on departure day unless previously arranged charge back to company/travel agent. Guests to finalise all personal costs if not covered for by company/travel agent on departure day.
  
  
• Payments by Eftpos, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Diners and Amex.
